We would recommend that you initially contact us either by telephone or email in order that the fine details of the order can be discussed and that a price can be agreed.
We require a 20% deposit either by personal cheque or cash (however, please do not post cash). Cheques can be made payable to West Midlands Upholstery Limited. The balance of the order can be paid as follows:
a) Cash to driver upon delivery
b) Building Society Cheque or Bankers draft to driver upon delivery
c) Personal Cheque - we would require this to be in our possession
7 - 10 days prior to delivery
(nb if you live within a 20 mile radius, personal cheque on delivery will be acceptable)
d) Payment directly into our bank account to be reached no later
then 48 hours prior to delivery.
AT THE MOMENT, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.
Delivery Terms:
Please be aware that we do require assistance to off load your product. An able bodied person will be required to assist our driver to off load and position the goods. If this is of any concern to you, please contact us in advance and alternative arrangements can be made. Our driver will not require assistance to unload chairs only, 2 seater settees in The Cottage, Deluxe, Exmouth and Queen Anne only (as long as premises are at ground floor level). All other items will require assistance.
We will advise you of your delivery 2/3 days prior. We may be able to provide more notice if specifically required.
Returns:
As all goods are manufactured to order, we are unable to accept returns.
